  • Just try and keep ypur portions small and try not to go back for seconds! If you want a cookie, chocolate, cake ect...have one cookie, instead of many, have a small peice of cake.....just keeping it small will help even it out....keep working out!:)

  • As long as you for sure NET 1200 cals everyday. On your home page at the top where it shows in alittle box...it should always NET 1200..lower thatn that can lead your body to starvation. But as for as eating back cals you worked off that are extra, i usually never eat them all back!

  • If your working out alot, its important to make sure your eating enough...always at least Net 1200 cals for the day. But to drop weight its alwasy important to eat the right amount of calories! So you could be not eating enough?
  • It is very unhealthy to net under 1200 cals....you should ALWAYS eat at least 1200 cals per day, just to stay keep good health in general. Anything below 1200 cals and your body goes into starvation mode..you cant drop and keep weight off that way and it is not a good or wise idea to do that on a regular basis.
