  • I have found many people say that ketosis is why they are losing weight, they don't count calories. That is where I am getting that info from. I am eating around 1800 calories a day. I am not sure if I am in ketosis. But my carb intake is below 50 a day.
  • I have considered doing a more vegan approach to this. And will likely try to do more..I just don't like the protein powdered shakes as is. I would have to seriously doctor it up. Thank you!!

  • I just pictured flying through the isles of target lol. rofl I almost tried zumba once but I chickened out. I cant dance! I have been doing research on tai chi and yoga. I need to find a dvd for that. stretching may help with the muscle spasms from the viruses! Thanks for that reminder.

  • It can very very tricky. I would lose nothing for months at a time and then drop 2 lbs every week for a month, and then stop again. Pills never help me. I have always wondered if it was because my doctors will not give me enough meds to put me anywhere above the very minimum normal range.
  • I have been looking into a pedometer as well. I have heard of fitbit but not too familiar. I dont think I have any of the dance DVDs (dont buy them because I can not dance lol). but another good idea to run by my doctor thanks.
  • I can not get to the gym every day. I am not supposed to be driving. I probably will not be able to afford one of the professional (expensive) ones at the gym anyways. unless I can find one on craigslist for a lot less lol.
