problems after upping my calories

ok when I put on my clothes today I didnt have to suck in the gut....I am not sure if I am just imagining or what, but have you ever had a moment like that and then thought "wait is this for real!!??" I didnt lose weight for two or three weeks in december, then all of a sudden, four pounds gone! then i didnt lose weight since the end of january, until now, all of a sudden two pounds gone! i mean wtf is going on?? is this normal?? or should i chalk this up to the equipment I was weighed on?

net carbs
I have thought about atkins...or something similar. and they talk about net carbs. is there no way to calculate those on mfp?? or am I missing the true meaning of net carbs and you actually can calculate them here?

what is wrong???!!!
i lost my first four pounds and then nothing. I have no clue why. I lost weight when I was not even counting calories during the last two weeks of december. i have no clue what to do. I even changed my calorie intake and started a higher protein intake.
