I have been on this roller coaster for the last week and a half. I go from two or three consecutive perfect, easy, days to a day of calorie overages. I admit that I notice these bad days happen when I am really stressed about something or when I have not slept much the night before. Am I the only one who goes through this??? on those days I feel soooo bad. I always try to bounce back the next day but it has happened twice already!! maybe I need a better strategy. I feel that a lot of prepackaged foods do not help at all. And cutting those out will help. I notice my worse days also involve those....or is it all just a coincidence??
Oh and one more question. Does being sick have any affect on anything??

It is really hard to distinguish being tired from needing food. So, you are not alone. I suggest buying a bunch of frozen green beans and frozen mixed red peppers. Put some oil on a paper towel and rub it on a baking sheet. Dump on the green beans and lots of mixed red peppers. Put season all on it. Throw it in the oven at 400. Bake it till everything is soft. Meanwhile, take a shower and change into something comfy. It takes a while, but doesn't make a mess and is easy. Then eat it. At least you will get some nutrition with few calories. Also, it tastes like french fries, which has to be good.

I had a rough start. It took me a long time to get really consistent about it. You just keep going and keep trying. You figure out so much along the road. Don't be too hard on yourself!0

Thank you all for the responses. I guess I will count today as a review day. I did not start my journal by doing a few regular (pre-mfp) days. and it is funny that you mention green beans. one of my favorite things since I started was a green been recipe that I made.
I have not really began exercising but I will soon. I am trying not to overwhelm myself, I want to transition so that I do not give up.0
