I just started Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred and she does "reverse crunches" where you lie on the floor, lift your legs and bend your knees at a 90 degree angle and lift your butt off the ground so it works the lower abs. I have only been doing it a few days, but I do feel a tightness there. Good luck!

I didn't log either and am kicking myself for not doing it. I couldn't keep up with all the snacking. I tried to make smart decisions and spent a lot of time away from the buffet of hot dogs, potato salad, and chips, but I didn't do so good either. I'm making a fresh start today and moving forward.
