  • I have a hard time with greens too! I also am not a salad lover so to get my green's in I sautee mixed bell peppers green beans and snap peas and have those ready to eat. I also just made the Homeade Salsa from Autumn's Fixate book (tomato's, cilantro, jalapeno, garlic and onion)... ate 1 green container by itself (no…
  • Sending you a friend request. I break my meals down into the containers for MFP. It's great except when i eat out and log a meal instead of each food.
  • My lunch for the week... whole grain pasta with grandma's sauce :)
  • Loving the fixate cookbook!! Made French toast today and Grandma's sauce for lunch this week. Also made the homemade salsa for snack today. All are yummy!!
  • Love the 21 day fix!!! I'm on round 2. First round was down 3 lbs (and I wasn't perfect)! Before 21DF I ate too many processed/bad carbs and not enough fruits and veggies. My diet is far more balanced now!
  • Lunch prep for the is done :). Soo happy to be back on track! I traveled most of last week for work. Didn't eat too bad but not too great either. My lunch for this week... burrito bowl. I love Moe's and this is my 21df version. Lean ground beef (93/7) with taco seasoning - 1 red Brown Rice - 1 yellow Publix Southwest Corn…
  • Was out of town last week for work and didn't stay on track as well as I would have liked. Back on track this week though!! I'm home the next few weeks and ready to shed a few more pounds :). Especially with Summit coming up mid-July. Lunch is prepped for the week and workouts are scheduled: Monday - Les Mills Grit…
  • Tons of recipes on printerest. I have a board just for 21 day fix recipes. PInterest ID: deltanordhornyo
  • Woot Congrats @mrsewert!!!
  • @jpkrueger Same here.. but I do have to travel next week and I miss my Shakeology when i don't drink it. Had an Egg White McMuffin From McD's today with a hashbrown. After I was done, I told my husband "wish I had made Shako instead"! I've not had breakfast there in months and it sounded good :/. I'm looking at buying the…
  • Pinterest is awesome!! I'll PM you my page. Also join the 21 day fix group on MFP. They have a recipe sharing thread. I'm on my 2nd round week 1. Lost 3 pounds my first round and I was about 75% perfect due to a trip home my first week and camping last weekend. My goal is 90-95% perfect this round :). Before 21 day fix I…
  • Hi @mrsewert. I'm actually doing a combination of both 21df and calorie counting. I use a kitchen sale and weigh my food when I add it to the containers and log into mfp. I'm a bit of an analytic type person and I like to know calorie numbers :).
  • I manually entered my 21 day fix calorie goal. My range is 1500-1800 so I have set mine as 1700. Then, I enter the 21 day fix exercises as 3-400 calories of cardio depending on if you're just starting or have been exercising a while.
  • No workout tonight :). It's not a scheduled night off, but once a month our ladies pistols group meets and shoots together in Nashville. Meal plan is set. Chocolate Shakeo with almond milk and PB2, lunch Subway, and dinner is one of my prepared meals that I made for lunches this week (chicken, brown rice and roasted…
  • Hi, what calorie range are you in for the 21 day fix? Your range should be your weight x 13 for maintenance if you have a moderate exercise level. Or if you do intense exercises frequently your weight x 15. So with my weight as an example, that would be 7 green, 5 purple, 6 red, 5 yellow, 1 blue 1 orange, 7 tsp. Here's a…
  • Hi all!! I love the 21 day fix! It's my first Beachbody program and I'm on my 2nd round. Lost 3 pounds my first round (I was about 75% perfect). But, I eat far better now. Not as many bad carbs and definitely more fruits and veggies. I'm also a coach (for the Shakeo discount), but am going to Summit in July since I live 30…
  • Did you find out where to manually enter your calories? If not click on "settings" then "Goals" and edit the number in your Daily Nutrition Goals
  • Congrats @Northern37! Keep going :).
  • I'm actually ok with the cheese (that's my husband's weakness :)). Me... I'm a rice and bread lover.
  • Finished my first round this weekend :). 2 lbs down and 1 1/2 inches. I'll take it! I was about 75% perfect due to a trip back home the first week and camping last weekend. My meal planning and nutrition is far better than it was 3 weeks ago. I eat many more fruits and veggies and fewer starchy carbs and bad fats (french…
  • Thanks @SatiaRenee! I thought Quest bars might not be approved. I used to eat one daily for breakfast with a bolthouse (before 21 day fix). Now it's only on a Saturday when I do double Grit and get a 900 calorie burn. Been thinking about making my own bars after I prep lunch on Sundays :). And I'm a hugeee kind bar fan!…
  • My lunch for the week : Roasted chicken and veggies with brown rice. Ended up making the brown rice for my yellow instead of red potatoes :). 1 yellow, 1.5 red, 2 green. Fruit is grapes or apples on the side (1 or 2 red) which will depend on what I put in my shake ology in the mornings.
  • Happy Saturday everyone!!! Be better today than you were yesterday :). My workouts for today are les mills grit cardio and strength coming up at 8:00 am. I'm sooo looking forward to a 900 calorie burn in an hour! Pre-workout breakfast is a cookie dough quest bar and fresh cherries. Not sure if the quest bar is "approved"…
  • Looks like they're sold out now. They were available when the sale started.
  • 2700 is a lot, but the workouts are Intense!! You'll likely burn 400-500 from a single workout, plus after-burn. It's also about the balance of protein, carbs and healthy fats. You eat more food, but better quality fuel for your body. I'm not doing P90, but struggled with the same thing. Was eating 1500 calories/ day, but…
  • Hi all!! I'm not doing P90x3, but my hubby is about to finish (he'll be done next week :)! Just thought I'd share a few things he's learned. 1. Don't be frustrated if you don't see significant changes in the #'s. His fitness has improved tremendously, but actually gained weight (muscle) and his bmi is down. Measure success…
  • @TheFo1dOut I loveee my PB2... especially in chocolate and vanilla Shakeology. Autumn does recommend using regular peanut butter instead, because of the health fats in it.
  • Zumba is awesome!! I took my first class two years ago and could barely get through the hour :/. Calories burned definitely is impacted the intensity of the class and the heart-rate zones you workout in. At first I burned 700-800, no a great class is 4-500 for me, and I average 300 calories burned..
