Another great weigh in!! I lost another 1.3 pounds, putting me at 2.7 pounds lost so far! Only 2.3 more pounds to go to hit this months challenge! May be very hard for these next few weeks with all the great food were going to have for the holidays!

Exactly what I do and I love it! Works out nicely....you can get alot of mileage out of a bike but not alot of calories burned....so throw in the elliptical for 10 minutes and try reading if it works. I cant read and be on the elliptical!

Throw in something easy! Like the bike!! You can get alot of milage on that thing, but not as many calories! But I count all my cardio towards my mileage, bike, running,elliptical, stairs! You defiently can DO IT!
