I can finally have my photograph taken and feel happy about it! Started my weight loss journey when I had the 'flu' in December 2010 and lost 10lbs. Have used MFP ever since and have lost another 33lbs. I've gone from a UK size 16 to 10 and I still find it hard to believe that I can buy size 10 and sometimes size 8! I go running 3 times a week for between 5 and 8 miles each time, depending on how energetic i'm feeling.

I am aiming to do my first half marathon next year.

    Everyone posts great before and after pics on here and it's fantastic to see everyone's results. I still have to keep looking at these pictures because its hard to believe that's me.
