I think im doing pretty good! Ive been upping my goal up. I started at 25, but now its at 100!!! I mix it up with the bike, stairmaster, and elliptical! :)) Keep up the good work guys!!

Thats exactly where I'm at. I went to the hospital for a physical and they weighed me twice....and then just kind of looked at me....I was 16 I believe and weighed about 226....and im 5'8.....so tall but still big....I carry my weight well fortunately but im just heavy and unhappy. Finally was able to make it to the gym yesterday! Did nothing but cardio, and abs of course! But not sure if the challenge is based on one form of excercise. Like only bike!?
