I am the MOM of a five month old Breast feeding at night and pumping during the day while at work. I looked it up on a lot of different web sites and it seems 500 is the number! Good luck!

Awesome Jeff! I am a new Mom my son was born 11/25/11. I only gained 20lbs while pregnant but I was on my heavier side when I got pregnant. I lost all the baby weight now I am only trying to lose 20lbs let me tell you it is so hard. I hope to help you the best I can, you sound like you are doing an awesome job already woot…

I am going to be 39 this year I just had a baby boy 4 months ago not doing to bad getting back to my weight but I am told Nursing helps. :smile:
