awww im so sorry hunny thats so sad but 19 wow thats old for a cat. just lost my boxer of 8 yrs a couple months ago....take out ur sadness at the gym is the best way to deal with sadness or make a scrap book of pics of ur cat that will give ur hands something to do...just a couple of suggestions...take care and God Bless

Wow same things happening 2 me!!...I'm only losing a pound or 2 n my friends aren't exercising n losing 6 n 7 lbs a week n I'm exercising like a dog 5 to 6 days a week n eating 1200 cal I'm upping my calories up to 1400 this week cuz I'm sure I'm jus not eating enough we will c how it goes next week....good luck

ok...u got me im in i will go buy a new pedometer on friday and will see how many i do over weekend and add to that...i use 2 track steps every day and am not sure where my pedometers r....

you need to make a goal and stick with it.. cut out a pic of someone where u wanna be. write down ur goals and read them over n over again u will get there

i did the same thing then went to tops and they were talkn about it. cuz alot of them were on it. here i down loaded it in may and didnt use it now ive logged on 20 days in a row as of today...good luck

just eat right and move more and u will lose weight u can do it. diet pills r not safe u could get heart problems from taking them.
