Went for a 2 mile run, lifted weights, ate well, and played golf (shot 77). When I got home from golf, hopped on the scale prior to getting in the shower and saw 175 (I am 6'2"). First time I have seen that number in a looong time. I know it will probably go back up a bit since I am sure water loss had some to do with it....but it was nice to see it anyway :'}
