interesting i thought i was the only one with the whole chest pains and stuff ... always thought i was about to die because it hurt sooo much!~!! so relieved now!!!! and i cant wait to see my collar bone!

try not to think about food!! drink water and distract yourself.. at worst chew gum!! it helps a lot and sends a message to your brain saying that ur actually eating but ur not:) hehe

lucky working from home (my idealll job) .. but i never trust companies from home.. never know which r legit and which arent!! LOL so i have a desk job and cant excercise while here! so sedentary life for me from 8am-5pm!!

i only train on my elliptical as i dont have much time to do anything else, and its the only cardio machine i have at home.. i started with 30 mins, and yesterday was able to do an hour... ive been thinking of maybe doing some squats for core strength .. any ideaaSS?

i agree with efoxy ... if you are sore take it slow on the eliptical its easy on the joints until you feel better then get back to the video :)
