I am on the same boat. It always depends on how much weight you are, height etc. So everyone is different. A 125 pound woman 5'5 could burn 430 calories while a 160 pound woman 5'0 can burn up to 700. It all depends. Your best bet is to buy a heart rate monitor. Polar F7 is a great one. I still need to get one myself.
