Does anyone have a good rub or marinade for salmon? I want to grill it on a plank, but that's not necessary...Thanks!

    Weber grill seasoning. Or Just little salt, pepper and finish with a lemon wedge.

    I squeeze a lime on it and then sprinkle the lemony seasoning by Weber's on it.

    Marinate it in lemon juice, light italian dressing, garlic, sliced onions, little olive oil, cracked pepper and a bit of salt and seasonings like dill but not necessary , not too much . If the skin is on it grill it skin side down.
    If you cook this in foil with the marinade all bubbling around it it is amazing. This taste great with trout too.

    I always marinate my salmon with a lot of mustard and soy sauce!
    Tandoori spice is also very delicious!
