  • I've read a lot of people who are putting in "HE IS JUST NOT THAT INTO YOU" Reference the simple fact is "HE IS JUST NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR YOU!!" and about him saying "see where it is going BLAH BLAH BLAH", you what they say about " #@*& or get off the pot.   • I'm a huge Wii fit/plus fan (I now also have the biggest loser) I started this site about 3 weeks ago and have lost over 12 lbs so far. I'm on 9 weeks every day for at the very least 30 -- 2 hours on my wii fit plus. It's addictive once I start I can't seem to stop (espessally on the games) SO I"M IN TOO
  • To gain weight do not restrict your calories Increase them just resrict the amout of Saturated fat try to take in more protein Welcome back (oh and maybe see a doctor, nutritionilist (or do a web search) to see the proper way to gain weight (Muscle mass) and not fat. Just my opinion and you know what they say about those.

  • Cut up a chicken breast into cubs then roll them in some Crushed corn flakes bake (it makes like chicken nuggets) and some mashed potato's (add some food coloring while mashing to make it exciting) Oh I hope you were talking about younger kids and not teens.

  • Something I've discovered on my wii fit plus, If you have resistance bands you can do "hammer curls" and call it the Tricept extension and it still works. (just adding another muscle group to your workout)
