Hi all!
I'm Christine. Last year i was on this site and lost about 30 lbs eating the right way and exercising. I've had eating disorders in the past and that was a huge accomplishment for me! After i lost that weight i started going back to my old ways and lost 20 more lbs severely restricting. I realize I cant live like thay anymore and need to change. So i joined a gym and have been taking classes everyday and eating *at least* 1200 cals...which is so so hard for me. I started at 100 lbs which is underweight for my height at 5'4. Now im 105 lbs (still slightly underweight), which i believe (or am hoping!) is muscle weight bc i lost a half unch off my waist...but its really hard to see the gaining. Anyways, thats my story, just saying hi, looking for support, trying to get healthy!

If you are under weight, why are you restricting your calories so much? Perhaps you should see a doctor to help you with your issues.0

To gain weight do not restrict your calories Increase them just resrict the amout of Saturated fat try to take in more protein Welcome back (oh and maybe see a doctor, nutritionilist (or do a web search) to see the proper way to gain weight (Muscle mass) and not fat. Just my opinion and you know what they say about those.0
