I feel ya, what I do is work out first thing in the morning, cuz if I wait till after work I just (even though I tell myself I will) I don't. About the eating part have dedicated snacks that you schedule to eat after dinner so to better not eat to much. (Oh you can add me if you'd like too)

Supreme 90. IT's almost excactly the same as P90X but instead of 3 payments of $39.99 for 10 DVD's it's only 1 payment of $25.00 for 10 DVD's plus you get a workout chart, meal planner and online support. Not to bad for the 25 bucks.

It only works if you make it work for you. It's helped me immensly, I seem to be good and stay on track and the only times I slip is weekends away from a computer.

I'm doing it again for my night workout and i'm going to do level 1 for 15days, level 2 for 10 and level 3 for 5 and see how that does for me. (FYI, check out her helper cheat when doing the lunge/curl focusing on the girl doing it eaisier and you can still she her off to the side)

I have and do daily Wii Fit Plus, biggest loser and EA active sports and I'm managed to lose quite a bit BUT remember it's not just excersising you also have to WATCH YOUR DIET otherwise it'll all be for naught.
