Oh, and it's 298 cals if you use 2 big squares of choc. Doesn't even need that much and is very chocolatey!

Today's was awesome! Quaker instant oatmeal made with almond milk with dark chocolate and goji berries stirred through. Mmmmm.

Thankyou for helping me put it in perspective. I've only gained 0.75lb, which is nothing. I was just hoping to see it go the other way! I feel so much better, so I'll keep up the process and just try and drink more water. I don't have a lot to lose so it probably is a bit slower when it's the last 14lbs. x

I always eat back my calories, really important, and agree that the deficit is built in! I did 3.45km, 35 mins, for a calorie burn of 131. I'm not overweight any more either, and the bigger you are, the more you burn. I'll stick with the calorie deficit and maybe keep running and strength training for fitness and looking…

Haha maybe you're right! When I looked back through my log, it was only when I was at the end of the programme running 5K straight that I was seeing a burn of 300cals. I did 35mins. I've heard roll on deoderant for sensitive skin on your thighs helps... Sports bra wise, as a bra-fitter in a past life, MAKE SURE IT FITS. Seriously, go and get measured.

Depends what you use it for! I used to find it added flavour to things, so I now get a load of toppings for my dinners instead. Salsa, low cal balsamic vinegar, hummus, tzatziki, seeds etc..all help reduce that impulse to grate cheese all over everything. I just had a mushroom omlette with salsa for 150cals :) HTH!
