First Week and I gained weight?!
Help!! I've been religiously tracking everything on here for a week. I hopped on the scales this morning, excited to see some progress, and I've gained weight :( I feel better and think I look like I've lost a bit...could it be water retention? What could it be? Feeling really rubbish :( Thanks x
