Hi there! I am recently diagnosed with gluten intolerance as of 12/26/13 and would love to partner with you. My amount of weight to lose is about 6 lbs and doesn't sound like a lot, but when you are in the short rows and starting a new eating lifestyle it is very difficult! I'm glad to see you post this! :happy:

I do not follow the TF plan, I mix up my own plan...I like a tough workout and I am all about results and the plan that TF gives you to me is a little too easy. Don't get me wrong TF is a hard workout, but the schedule they provide is too boring for me. I like to have 4-5 days of very intense workouts and typically one day…

I have lost both inches and weight! I am a huge fan of TF! I had a baby in March and I am only 1.7lbs away from my goal weight and I was only approved to workout since April 27, 2011! You will not be sorry you started these workouts...they are very addicting! :bigsmile:

I hear ya on the candy! I used to eat skittles, chewy sprees, sweet tarts, reese's pieces, etc. every day at work. It was like I could not make it through the day without having my candy fix and now I rarely eat candy and have found that Extra Dessert Delights sugarfree gum helps me out!

I love the "Be Hot" vitamins from GNC! I take them before I workout and they give you such great energy. I also take GNC's Triple Fish Oil (doesn't taste at all!) and GNC B12. Hope this information helps!

Today I did TF 45 and almost all of Tone 30.....I would have rather finished Tone 30 than gone to work! I love my TF!!!

Today was EZ45 and Tone 30...I normally only have time for one video...but I woke up early and it really energized my day! I hope everyone is doing well with their workouts!

Okay...I had family in town this weekend and it really threw me off...even though I did exercise...just not TF on Monday! lol I am very excited about this group/challenge. I normally workout 6 days a week and I like to do it first thing when I get up in the morning to know that I have it done! :-)

I just had a baby in March 2011, post-pregnancy weight of 160lbs and now down to 141....with a goal of 130!

If I get on a cereal kick it sets me up for failure....granola is my weakness! As ppl said prior....fruit and veggies and adding good for you snacks with protein helps me. Best of luck with finding new things to add to your menu....it is hard for us all at certain times!

The problem I have is I want to do TurboFire everyday and after day 4 my knees get sore. :-( I have an elliptical and treadmill....but as Chalene says in TF60....you can't get this kind of workout on a piece of machinery!!!! :-) Using a pain reliever and biofreeze is what helps me!

I was doing the same thing that you are doing with WW and MFP and I agree MFP is much better and it is free! With WW I don't feel like I am really learning about foods and all of the components with them, such as fat grams, sodium, protein, etc.- all I would focus on was POINTS, POINTS, POINTS! I like the database for MFP…

I bought the 10lb kettlebell yesterday from Target and this was a great compliment to my cardio...I will def buy more kettlebells and continue this workout!
