Who here has done Turbofire and how did you like it? I am getting some DVDs from a coworker who is not using them and even though I do not plan to follow it fully I plan to incorporate some of the workouts into my routine. The infomercial made it look like a a lot of fun

I have done it (not according to plan) and I LOVE it! It's a great sweaty workout, and I love having it for when I can't get to the gym (like this morning) There are so many discs it's hard to get bored, and when I just need a jumpstart in my mood and day I love love love the HIIT workouts. I don't really use the strength ones, but love all the rest!0

I just started week 10. I do really like it. It's fun and hard. I insert some mountain biking into it, and you might want to put in some heavier weights, but that depends on what your goals are.0

I have 2 weeks left and I will have finished all 20 weeks. I think TF is probably the best workout I have ever done. I get sweaty and gross, but my belly is looking a lot leaner, so I'll be okay with multiple daily showers!0

I have not looked at the DVDs quite yet but from the sounds of it there are also videos to do with weights? that is awesome than I am going to really like it I thought it was only Cardio DVDs0 -

I have lost both inches and weight! I am a huge fan of TF! I had a baby in March and I am only 1.7lbs away from my goal weight and I was only approved to workout since April 27, 2011! You will not be sorry you started these workouts...they are very addicting! :bigsmile:0 -

WOW!!!! Congrats that is amazing, are you following any type of meal plan or just using MFP for your calories? I cannot wait to go home today and try them out. Do you follow their schedule too?0 -
I do not follow the TF plan, I mix up my own plan...I like a tough workout and I am all about results and the plan that TF gives you to me is a little too easy. Don't get me wrong TF is a hard workout, but the schedule they provide is too boring for me. I like to have 4-5 days of very intense workouts and typically one day that is more relaxed and then I take one day off per week. To tell you the truth TF is so much fun that I have to force myself to take a day off! lol
As far as meal plan wise, I do my very best to eat organic foods and stay away from too much sugar (which is really hard for me!). I do not deprive myself of any particular foods, I just try to keep portion sizes down and eat lean proteins to keep me full. Best of luck to you girl!0 -

There are two "strength" DVDs but they are all done with resistance bands and/or your body weight. I've been reading a lot lately on how that might not be enough for already fit people. There's also a yoga DVD (still my favorite).
Oh and I've lost 8lbs since starting it while not being overly strict with my diet.0 -
I'm on Week Three and love it! It is totally kicking my butt! Lol! Chalene is fun and motivating. And I love the kickboxing moves. ♥0
