I mostly feel bad because i know that I didnt have to indulge. Im also finding that the more i make an effort to eat good the more i stuff myself full of food i dont like that super full feeling anymore. I feel guilty for a while but then I realize that tomorrow is a new day and i move on!

I work health care and we use a cream thats called barrier cream but any type of like diaper rash cream should soothe it

agree!I just discovered this about cheese. I always knew it was bad for you(calorie wise) but i didnt realize how small their portion is. I think i was eating three times that size.

of course i use to get down, living in a small town and all there nothing else to do:) but i actually have a bladder condition called intersitital cystitis that its so painful the day after and its gotten not worth it :(

i have had a friend only eat like a piece of fruit. Yeah, She lost weight but ended up gaining it back.not very smart! your doing a good job and will get farther and have a easier time keeping it off

Just remember that those thing usually are ten calories. I say that if crystal light is the only way you will drink water then its better to be hydrated then to not drink it at all.Just remember to add all of those on ur diary because they do add up and hopefully you can start to ween yourself down to less :)

i work twelve hour shifts at a hospital so im running and sweating for about 11 of those so what i do is log that i walked fast paced for about an hr.is kind of an understatement but i do get some extra calories because i get hungry!
