Does anyones fitbit one have problems syncing with myfittnesspal? I have to go back everyday and re add the app on here so that it will since and update my calories properly. Anything I can do about it? I call fitbit and they said its a problem on myfitnesspals part

You and I are exactly the same! I am 5'5 approx.180 and would like to lose 50. Lets be friends. I am starting over as well. Lost ten pounds then with "life" happening we started eating out and emotional eating so i gained all but two pounds!

Maybe you wont be able to exercise, but eating within your calorie limit should make the weight come off! :)

If your eating with someone and they start picking at their teeth does it make you even more paranoid :)

oh and they have 100 calorie popcorn. the kettle corn is great and theres actually quite a bit for 100 calories

i love all the 100 calorie snacks. I love the wasa snacks with laughing cow. I just bought these fiber 90 calorie brownies (SO GOOD!!) and there are lots of 90 calorie special k bars that are all great!

i shoot for 4/5.i work at a hospital so im running around on my feet for 12 hours at a time. So kinda like 6 days a week :)

well this is something i HATE saying no to. ANYTHING carb related. Doughnuts,bread,pasta...I can go forever :)

I have Interstitial cystitis, which is my bladder is inflamed and i found that with most things that are inflamed and irritating you kinda have to work on different remedies. I found that heat packs work great on me and baths :( but days that it really acts up i cant do too much but take medication and try to let it calm…

I give myself a little room for error.I eat back my calories usually but leave like 100 calories out or one day eat them back and another eat like half back

Hit the treadmill or elliptical first :) then people observe on the other machines so you know what to do.and if you dont feel comfortable getting on those new machines do it when no one is there :) GOOD LUCK! i know how that feels.I go to the y and i was okay with going swimming but intimidated of the gym and i couldnt…

I agree.i never weigh myself at night.i do always right after i go potty and always naked :)

Once a week usually on fridays and thats only because at first i use to do it on wednesdays but i found that i was binging on the weekend so i switched it and i only do it in the morning after i go potty and naked :)
