  • I put my scale away! I have it on a high shelf in my bedroom closet. So to weigh myself I have to get the chair from the office to reach it then take it to the bathroom. It is a task to get it down so I am not as tempted to use it daily. I weigh myself every week. Hope this helps you.

  • I always get the extra lean meats. If you mix finely chopped onion into the hamburger mix before cooking the moister in the onion keeps the burger patty from getting dry and it adds flavor too. I also do this with my meat loaf + I grate in some zucchini and it is never dry either.

  • I weigh myself every day, but my Official weigh in is Monday. I tend to eat more on the weekend so it is my highest weight for the week. The Monday weight I log.
  • One thing you can try is working out in a pool! It is so much easier on your joints. Most YMCAs offer water aerobics cheep. It is a gentle way to start. It also gets you out and being social. :happy:
