  • It's basically the healthiest way to do it. It doesn't seem like a lot, but focus on short term goals. That's been key for me. I've steadily lost 1 pound a week and now before I knew it I've almost lost 10 already. I would be absolutely miserable if I tried to lose more than 1 pound a week.
  • My gym has a whole crossfit set up with ropes, kettlebells and a suspension trainer, but it's only for crossfit students. I'd love to do a KB and rope based workout, but I'm not paying the extra couple hundred for crossfit every month. So, no, I guess I don't and I've contributed little to this thread. :bigsmile:
  • That's convenient, I just signed up yesterday and did my first food diary entries, and couldn't believe my ideal protein intake was 84 grams, after 90 minutes of weight lifting for the day no less. Glad to see other people are going over.
