Bicycling or sailing over the weekend, and then for the 4th, we're all getting our sailboats out onto Lake Union, rafting them up together, and watching half a million in fireworks go up. I'll be pretty sick. I think single malt scotch will be the drink of choice. Less carbs than beer.

I broke my foot a couple years ago. Swimming is a really good exercise that will keep you off your foot.
