Cilantro Slaw

Just put this together. You can omit the may if you like and just add more vinegar.

Bag of angel hair slaw

julienne carrots

thin sliced red onion or scallions if you prefer

lots of chopped cilantro

lime juice

ground black pepper

rice wine vinegar ( i used 3 tbls.)

low fat mayo (i used 3 tbls)

garlic powder.

I put it in a plastic storage container and shake it vigorously

Refrigerate.

NOt sure of the exact calorie amount but the makes three servings so approx 90 calories a serving plus veggies
