I did not get my shoes fitted properly, I'm on state benefits and cannot afford expensive trainers, I got the ones I linked to before from my parents for my Birthday last year. I googled lots of stretches, I will start to do them, thank you everyone :)

I kind of do this.... if I know I'm going to eat a lot one day (for instance today, being pancake day!) I will try to burn extra calories... I burned 530 today compared to the normal 350-400 calories I burn 6 days a week. If I accidentally skip a meal, I try to avoid doing too much exercise so my net calories don't suffer…

Yeah I've lost 20+lbs but have only lost 1 inch of my tummy... tummy is the renown for being the hardest place to lose weight from. Try to lower your carbs a bit in the coming weeks, this will avoid any bloat, may actually help with an inch or two... other than that I would suggest some extra sit ups, as well as cardio…

I had the same issue... I ate 2 pot noodles a day... and drank unsweetened tea, so I ate about 800 calories a day give or take... and I had a BMI of 37. Since increasing my food intake to 1500-1800 I am losing... slowly.. but still losing. I 100% agree with you.. it's not that simple

I have lost 18ls+ have lost a dress size all over and almost 2 dress sizes on my top half, however I haven't lost an inch off my tummy yet. Hoping with another 18lbs I might lost a few inches! (I started at a UK 16, I'm now a UK 12/14) and aim to be a 10/12

This. If you're living together and he is cooking for you, I don't think you should just go 'dump' him as others have suggested. That doesn't seem very adult. Yup, me and my husband are not big drinkers, but we do occasionally have a glass of rum & coke/orange or a few beers. Keep an eye on the calories in mixers though. Yes I eat back my calories so my NET calories is at my original goal. I eat 1500 a day, I burn 300 of them. So I eat 1800 and my net is 1500 . I am losing.. coming close to 20lbs now
