  • In my experience, if I wasn't measuring my foods I was eating too many calories. Once I pulled out my scale, measuring cups & spoons, the weight came RIGHT off. Secondly is my water. I can eat well all I want, but if I'm not getting my WATER... pure water in... I don't see results.
