It is just a start...and a pretty good one at that. Keep within you calories and exercising. Before you know it the weight will be dropping.0

you may be adding more muscle, it weighs more than fat so the numbers may not change much but I am sure soon you will notice a difference in the way your clothes fit keep up the good work!!!!! 1 pound lost is just 1 less you have to lose !!!!0

Hello,
I found that some of the foods in the database are not accurate. My husband and I have been entering our own food items by taking the values directly from the packages. Some difference are due to the country from which the poster resides.....Try that and see if it makes a difference for you!0 -
In my experience, if I wasn't measuring my foods I was eating too many calories. Once I pulled out my scale, measuring cups & spoons, the weight came RIGHT off. Secondly is my water. I can eat well all I want, but if I'm not getting my WATER... pure water in... I don't see results.0

Dont let the scales get you down. There are many factors like muscle building , water retention.
You have only started , 1 pound is a start and a good start. keep going and you will start to see the results.
Every body is different0 -
Once you get in the groove of things and your habits slowly start to change, the weight will start slipping off. Not completely effortlessly, but one can hope! Keep trying!0

I have noticed my clothes dofit a bit better and i feel a lil more toned from just that one lb loss and all the exercise so maybe it is muscle hope i do weigh that in 5 weeks though that would be great !! :-)0 -
The more I exercise the slower the weight comes off.
I can, stick to my calories and lose loads, add in exercise I dont lose as much but can feel the difference loads more.
Get the tape measure out and measure, waist, hips, thighs, arms, boobs and check tose as well once a month or so, I bet you see a massive difference.0 -
I agree, keep at it & do measurements too... and don't be discouraged by 1lb off, lbs add up and it's better off than on :-)0
