i live in sumter county florida, my hubby and i sometimes go to alexander springs, also in ocala national park, its really close to juniper springs. it also has canoeing, swimming, scuba diving (gotta be certified though)(you can scuba dive into the under water cave were the aquifer cmes out , snorkling, REALLY REALLY COOL…

I started on July 23 @ 230pounds, today is August 23 and i weigh 221.5. WOOHOO!!! if I keep losing 8 pounds a month, in 6 months I will weigh 174, in 1 year i will weigh 126!! :love: :love: :love:

there is a recipe book recently came out by jerry seinfields(sp?) wife, she hides veggies in everyday ordinary foods,. i like to add chopped mushrooms and either broccoli or cauliflower (chopped in the food processor) to my burgers. you especially don't notice the mushrooms. :tongue:

i had checkers today :blushing: checker burger and a FEW fries from my hubby's fries. but i also had plenty of calories to spare for the day, i am stll 400 cal under for today. just getting 1200 down in one day is hard for me. :grumble:

try turkey bacon only 25 cal a slice and personally i like it more than regular, treat yourself to regular if you REALLY can't get rid of the craving. :flowerforyou:
