I was pretty anxious about checking on this thread - this isn't the kind of thing I talk to anyone about, and online communities can be pretty rough - but you've all been lovely. Thanks for the reminders to take things a step at a time and not be too hard on myself.
  • I like to do twenty minutes of elliptical or swimming, then half an hour of strength exercises. Or Just Dance 3 on my wii.
