Not a good day in terms of food choices I made. I ate rice and didn't measure it. I hope not more than a cup. So I tried to compensate at sahoor with just oatmeal and very less water n loads of tea despite of all the sweats coming outta bad weather 2.5 cups of water n 3 cups of tea

TTC since feb 2008. had laprascopy last march and dr said unexplained infertility I did have treatment with clomid+injection of fsh for 4 months in 2008 I was 68kg by then with med I was 74 in 5 months since then I have been yo-yo btw 72 to 76 The stress is multiplied coz after ovulation days I don't exercise just afraid…
