I'm back to MFP after 6 years. Back in 2011 I wanted to lose weight while I was battling with infertility. After all these years I'm mother of 2 girls 4.5 and 3 years but 18 KGS heavier too. Back then everybody on MFP was talking about 30ds and P90X. Just wanted get myself updated what's hottest trend on MFP these days?

Not losing weight just noticed Im eating less proteins
