I'm back to MFP after 6 years. Back in 2011 I wanted to lose weight while I was battling with infertility. After all these years I'm mother of 2 girls 4.5 and 3 years but 18 KGS heavier too.
Back then everybody on MFP was talking about 30ds and P90X. Just wanted get myself updated what's hottest trend on MFP these days?

Yup, eat fewer calories than you burn. All the cool kids are doing it. :+1:

Its a great insight. Like if I'm burning 300 cals with workout and my daily allowance is 1500 cals. Should I eat 1500 cals only or I think MFP keeps adding the burnt cals in daily allowance of that day. So which way to go in this scenario 1500 or 1800cals?

In MFP's system you're supposed to eat back your exercise calories (1800, in your case). That said, many recommend eating back 50-70% (1450-1710 cals)
