Not losing weight just noticed Im eating less proteins

I do not eat red meat, chicken, turkey and eggs. The only meat I eat is fish. I have noticed in my food diary tht i eat up my fat and carbs allowance(i never surpassed tht) sometimes i eat more fibre, but im always low in protiens. im on the Protien Stretch phase of Dr Ian Smith 4 DAY diet. can somebody tell me how can i cover up my protien quota other than taking protien shakes.
i eat only 50% of my protein allowance, i eat almonds/walnuts/cashews(one handful), milk, lentils, whole wheat, but MFP allows me to eat 56mg and in my last weeks diary its just 25 to 28 range.
Plz let me know how can I increase my protein intake

cottage chese and yogurt to start. you need to be eating even more protein than what mfp suggests for weight loss.0

greek yogourt is a good source...

Noon - 4pm
Christie - Triscuit 61% Less Sodium - 100% Whole Grain, 8 crackers 4g
Kraft Cracker Barrel - Marble Cheese, 1 1/4 " cube (30g) 7g
Blueberries - Raw, (115g) 1g
Raspberries - Raw, (171g) 2g
4pm - 8pm
Chicken - Breast, meat only, raw, (122g) 28g
Peppers - Sweet, red, raw, (72g) 1g
Dempster - Whole Wheat Tortillas, 2 tortilla wrap 6g
Old El Paso (Canadian) - Smart Fiesta Reduced Sodium Fajita Seasoning Mix, 0.0625 package (dry mix) 0g
TOTAL: 1,236 calories and 68g of protein0 -
Do you eat Tofu? You can use it in place of eggs, chicken, beef, etc.0

Tofu , greek yogurt, or I eat very low sodium tuna. The tuna has 32g in one 4oz can. My favorite way to eat it is mix 1 can with 2 tbs of Hummus and dip cucumber sticks in it. So YUMMY!!!0
