cardio is the best option just because you tone the mucsle underneath the belly fat doesn't mean you will burn the belly fat, do cardio work on your legs as they are the largest muscle in the body and will burn more fat at rest, and work on other muscles accordingly.

I use the calories from my body bugg, i know others use HRM's. If you don't have those. Then I would guess to say aerobics high impact- but that is going to be a really big guess cause people burn anywhere from 300-800 calories doing INSANITY.

That made me laugh LOL....never in a million years did i think ANYONE would want to be like me.... I struggle just like anyone else. We're all in it together, so hopefully some day you can return the favor when I need it :D

Keep trying. as for not eating enough try brining little things with you. kellogs fiber plus bars travel great along with apples a quick container of Chobani greek yogurt is beyond amazing!

As said on here many times I must echo. Sodium is often the reason. It is so VITAL that you drink AT LEAST 8 cups or ( 64 ounces) of water. Also, you weight verys a few pounds through out the day and the week. I would suggest getting a tape measure so you can see the inches coming off. The reason people say not to stress…

mine has gotten much smaller but it isn't gone yet. I just started INSANITY and a i have seen a few before an after pics of mom's who go rid of it doing that program. thats the best i know though.

well walking dogswill help you get started..... you'll have to do other/more exercises as the pounds start to come off and you'll need to really watch your food intake :D

I bought mine at 24 hour fitness. it was about 200 with the watch. You can buy them online too.

If you used greek yogurt.....with like 14 grams of protein it would hold you over for a few hours. I always have a mid morning snack though.

I never really hit a plateau. HOWEVER. Cheat days are days where people "go off" there normal plan eat more have that sweet they wouldn't normally eat or have a planned higher calorie day.

Cheat days only buy into the diet concept. This is a life change there should be no "cheat days" if you want cake or icecream, whatever eat it but be aware of what else you have eaten or will eat that day. Have a reasonable portion and move on.

check and see if anything was under your scale. once, a little spoungey toy of my daughters was undermine and that happend to me. rest assured whatever it is. it is not 11pounds of fat overnight. :D

idk about all these silly rules. None have i ever paid any attention to- with the exception of stop eating 2 hours before bed. I've lost 75lbs, (i update mpf tomorrow) and i have eaten whatever i wanted as long as it was with in my calorie range. Thats what worked for me though

I have had two c sections, and lost 72lbs, it does shrink a little but i still have a small flap.

stand with legs hip with a part slight bend in the knees and do punches it'll get your heart rate going and you can add weights too it for a harder work out once you get stronger.
