honestly, when i'm stressed/mad/angery or whatever the feeling i used to binge on anything and everything....now i actually either get out and walk or run somewhere and nowhere, i feel so much better afterwards

I have mine public, for the most part they don't look inside the diary. One time i did have someone say something but that was when i had a negative calorie intake for the day

Mine is 85 but i think thats kinda high since my dad died when he was 48 and i have had aunts and uncles die in their 50's and 60's and two of my grandparents died in thier early 70.... i don't know anyone in my family that ever lived to be even 80....

i went from 14/15 down to a 5/6 and can squeeze into a size 3/4 (sometimes not much of a squeeze) As for my shirt, i went from a XL to a size medium :D

Monday Question of the Day - how did you set your goals? Is it based on weight, BMI, feeling healthy, body fat %, etc?? Or was it to get down to a previous weight or clothing size? I've tried diet pills and i've lost weight (and haven't gained it back which most people say you do) I believe as long you follow a dietary plan and excercise you should be able to lose weight on diet pills (but i only used them to jump start my weight lost I am thinking about trying the slim tea though...

as long as you don't eat within 2 hrs before you go to bed, you can eat after 8... i don't get off work sometimes until 8 or even 9. So that is the only time i can eat.

Okay i hope this counts, this has nothing to do with excercise, or eating right; but i got this purple gel eye liner by physician's formula and i have fallen in love with it :D I personally don't eat back my excercise calories, i have a hard enough time getting myself to eat the calories i have too eat let alone try to eat…

you should eat within a couple hours after getting up in the morning so if you eat when you get to work in the morning.... me personally, i get sick if i eat before 10.... and i can't workout if i have any food in my stomach
