i would probably say the whole fad of the acai berry supplement i actually bought it once (only paid like 10$ for but still) other than that i really haven't gotten really that bad advice

lol sounds like something i would do (about waiting for someone to post lol) i would consider my worst purchase were video games (some of my game boy and/or game cube games) they were a total waist of money because i almost never played them

I would suggest you weigh yourself same time of day but only weigh in once a week cause your weight shouldn't change that much frome one day to another

i had some luck with it, lost 10 lbs while on it..... i use it just to give my weight loss a jump start (since stopping it i've lost another 13lbs)....i'm am starting back up with it wish me luck.... hopefully i get about the same results as the last time i was on it (or maybe even better)

I take mostly multivitamins and a cinnamon supplement The food i can't live with out is not actually a food, its more of a drink and its, DIET COKE you could call me an addict. I have to have my diet coke everyday :D

For me, I don't eat back my calories, just because i already feel like i am eating alot. I think everyone is different and they would react differently what i am doing works for me (walking 4 miles a day)

My favoriate workout is walking/ running in the country close to my apartment. I usually do it in the mornings and it is very relaxing and it makes me calm. It some what brings me into my own world and gets rid of all the stress from the days before :D
