I actually like the firm workouts because it is a combination of cardio and strength training. I found getting dvds from the library to try them out before you buy. Then you are not out the money. :)

I have been trying to get back on doing my workouts in morning. It gives me motivation for the day. Either a Firm dvd or treadmill. I have been wanting to try the Zumba because it looks like a lot of fun.
