B12 Supplement

Ciao!
I have a bit of a problem. I take B12 supplement tablets once a day (very irregularly on my part so I often miss a day or two) but when I take one, no matter how many litres of water I drink during the day my urine is almost a fluorescent yellow colour.
I am vegan of 4 years coming 5 in August and I felt it was necessary to incorporate the supplements into my life.
Does anyone have any experience with this and could possibly help me.

Ask a doctor.... not randoms on MFP if it concerns your health. Especially is a doctor put you on a B12 supplement.0

Are you taking the right mg • just ask because I've started taking vitamins & supplements that are built for my • my conditions and meds and it's made a wod of difference for weight loss and feeling like a million bucks. Check out www.Jerica.IDLife.com to take the free Hippa assessment to at least make what you are taking the correct stuff for you individually.0

Me either and I take both B12, Biotin, and I'm vegetarian. Do you all take B12 pills that you swallow? I was told by my doctor to make sure to take the ones that dissolve under your tongue. Supposedly they absorb better that way.0
