I tried it and honestly for me it was horrible. Very boring, stuck to it 100% for about 5 weeks and only lost 3 pounds and become so constipated that I literally was ill. Just not for me and I am a fan of lower carb diets however this one did not agree with me at all!

Perfectly find idea, just make sure you check out the ingredients in the shake. Many of them have tons of sugars and junk, try to find one that is as natural and "clean" as possible.

I am 5'3" my first goal is 140, then I would like to get between 140-130 will see as I go. Back in 2004 I was 135 and felt very comfortable there.

I am trying to lose about 100-115 pounds all together, so far I am down 49 and to be honest not a single person has noticed yet. Maybe it's because I was pregnant or maybe because I have been much smaller in my adult life, but so far nada :(

Pretty close.....my goal for now is 140 and it has my happy weight at 136.2. My lowest weight as an adult was 135.5 and I was very happy with that! Oh gosh......still 70 more pounds to go :(

I think it has a lot to do with the type of foods you are eating. It appears that you have a sweat tooth (weight watchers deserts, Milky Way, etc). Try enjoying these foods a few times a month rather then on a daily/regular basis. Try a few weeks of better "clean eating" cutting out extra sugars, additives, sodium,…

I am 5' 2 1/2' and my goal weight is 140 for now, but ultimately I would like to see 130 or below. I am large framed and big boned. My smallest weight was 135 and I fit into a size 6 at the time once even tried on a 4 and they zipped ;) but I worked out a lot and was really toned at the time.

I agree! It's not about morals it's about being able to feel comfortable in your own skin.
