You will always get a ton of backlash on the community about various products but as for me I'm a huge fan of AdvoCare and it's become part of my healthy lifestyle. I've done the cleanse several times and on one currently.

Advocare is not a starvation diet, nor an easy way out. You eat plenty and exercise. Educate yourselves about products before you jump on the "anti" product band wagon. We all have our own reasons we need to lose weight and it's not a once size fits all. I HATE the negativity on MFP!!

I too am in Oregon.

We arrive early Thursday and leaving late Monday. How is everyone doing with training? My pace has been between 13.50 and 14.50 lately depending on distance and energy levels.

Congrats! I will be running my second half marathon in January in Disneyland! WTG on the weight loss!
-
That would be fun! I plan on going to the Expo on Thursday when we arrive. When does everyone else plan on going?

Wow can't people just congratulate her on her loss in-opposed to flaming her on what she considers clean eating or not? I think she looks fantastic!

I am 5'3" down just over 80 pounds and looking to lose another 27ish' pounds.
-
I signed up on the 5th as a DVC member. This will be my first runDisney event and my second half marathon. Very excited!

I am 5'3" and am down about 81 pounds in the past 26 months. I lost 121 pounds back in 2002/2003 and sadly put a lot back on when I had my second son. I am about 20-25 pounds from my goal weight now.
Most doctors do not consider 4.5 as normal.
Nor does mine. My doctor likes 3.3 and below however I feel at my best with my TSH as close to one as possible so that is the therapeutic level he shoots for.

I am hypo as well. In the past I have been able to lose weight as long as my levels were within normal range. I was on 137 mcg of Sythroid for the past 2 + years however lately I have been feeling tired, having a terrible time losing any weight and have a ton of hair loss. I had my levels rechecked last week and even…

These progress pictures are amazing!! You all have a lot to be proud of!

Fantastic!! I agree that you are not too old to have young kids. I'm in my early 30's with a 10 year old and a 22 month old. My oldest brother is and his wife are expecting their first in their late 30's!

I would love to have some friends on here who also have a lot of weight to lose, right now my goal is 60 pounds more having lost 47 already. I've been at a plateau for quite some time losing the same 10 pounds over and over. Could really use the motivation and support from others! Please feel free to add me!!

Congrats! You look fantastic and should be very proud!

I like the taste of them, been on them for a while....have yet to lose any weight though.

My July goals are to stick with my insanity workouts and couch 2 5K program and hopefully lose a ton of inches and drop around 10 pounds!
-
I started it on Sunday, and you are not alone it is brutal. A friend of mine just started round 2 and she said it doe NOT get any easier because as you gain cardio endurance and become more fit you are able to push yourself that much harder!
-
I love the taste of the shakes but I'm not seeing anything in terms of weight loss.
-
Congrats! You have done amazing and should be so very proud of yourself! Keep up the great work and I look forward to seeing more progress pictures in the future!

What better place to hit GOAL then the happiest place on earth! Congrats!

Hi group! I am Randi. I am a 32 year old mother to 2 boys age 10 and 19 months and married to my husband for 12 years. I am on Day 3 of Insanity and looking for support to get me through at least the 60 cycle. I am currently in my last 5 months of nursing school and will graduate in December. Between kids and college I…

No sure about P90X but with Insanity it rotates through dvd workouts so it's not the same thing each day. I think there is a set of 13 DVD's total in my deluxe kit.
-
Keep up the good work! I'm the same height so I know how every 5 pounds we gain looks more like 10. Congrats on the loss, can't wait to see your future progress!

The first time I lost weight I lost 123 pounds, but I also had a 9 pound baby prior to that as well. The skin on my arms went back to normal, my belly had some extra skin as well as my thighs but strength training definitely helped with that. Now after having my second 9 pound baby and needing to lose a lot of the weight…

I am on Day 3 of Insanity and it is so hard I literally threw up with today's workout....lol (Sorry TMI). I am going to push myself through the pain though. At this point I am having to stop and rest as well as modify some of the exercises, but I feel so good afterwards! I need to take some before pics and measure, but I…
