I’m a 28 year old CPA and I can honestly say I enjoy what I do. It’s not the most exciting thing in the world to most people (and might even scare some), but I really like it and I think that has to do a lot with the industry I’m in. How could a girl not love to work in the fashion retail industry? It pays the bills and…

In to one day add my own photo. Love it ladies!

Yes. Yes. Yes. Eat and drink what you want. 3 days isn't going to blow all the hard work you've done. I usually take a little of everything then if I'm hungry go back for a little more. Keeps me from eating till I'm exploding.

Why can't I love doing both? I think everything in moderation is key. Lift a couple days, cardio a couple days. I truly enjoy both and I won't give up running just to solely lift because I enjoy it. I will say that while I have not “bulked” up because I eat at a deficit so that makes it impossible (that and estrogen), I…

These are my two but in reverse order. If I'm not up for potentially dying in OUAT then New Girl! Or The Mindy Project.

I let it go. I weigh everything, but that is too much work for me. ETA: At the end of the day if I'm logging more calories than I'm actually taking in I don't see the harm (so long as it's with a 100 or so). It's the logging less than you take in that's the bigger issue.

Yep. That's pretty much what I was going to say. You don't seem to care either way so long as you're working out, let him make the choice as to where it is.

Almost drowned and got hit by a train. My mother pulled me from the water and my cousin pushed me off the tracks and we went tumbling just in time.

As everyone else has said there is nothing you can do about this. I usually gain 3-5 lbs in my stomach every month. It’s awful. When I’m working out and I bend over I feel like I can actually see the water in there (I don’t wear a tshirt when I work out at home). But a day or two later it’s gone. I personally just avoid…

This. I usually eat 1000 calories or more in the evening to keep myself from snacking. I have tons of control at work, but home it's a different story. If I leave myself tons of space for a meal, wine, and a treat I find myself staying on track no problem.

That too is my goal weight.

Well seeing as my husband is on this third ring in three years and when he does own one he never wears it, I don’t see what the big deal is. Do I wish he’d wear it? Yes. Is it worth getting upset about? No. I’ll just keep buying him new ones as he lose them (gets the $10 version off of Amazon now).

I’m currently in the second week. While I’ve not noticed any changes physically yet (stupid TOM water weight masking everything) I’ve already noticed how much stronger I am in just over one week. I’m getting to the point where I don’t have to stop during the WARM UP more than twice which is huge and I’m pausing it only a…

You're a 31 year old male only netting 1200 calories... might I suggest you calculate your BMR (basil metabolic rate) and never eat below that. You would have to be under 5 feet and below 120 lbs for that to be what you should be netting daily. ETA: It might also help if you open your diary so we can see what you're eating…

I do/feel the same way. Either avoid the "complete" button or remove that as an alert you have in your settings.

Any fitness enthusiast is always eyeballing a new pair of kicks. A GC to Nike or ****'s would be perfect.

That pretty much sums it up.

I love ON. My favorite flavor is Cinnamon Graham Cracker. ETA: I buy all of mine from ON on Amazon. Free shipping (prime member) and a little bit cleaper than any store.

Mine was a gift many years ago luckily, but I'm with you on this. I wish it did get more use because I sure do miss baking. I just can't keep that stuff in my house with any self-control.

I'm not sure I could function without my kitchen scale (in both ounces and GRAMS). Anyone who eyeballs or is using measuring cups is almost always going to eat more than they think they are. I'm also in love with my immersion blender (and soup season is starting!) and waffle iron. There is nothing like a whole wheat…

I have never heard of a no red rule, but generally I would steer clear of dressing in a way that would up stage anyone in the bridal party. Be that the bride herself or the bridesmaids. Red was the color of my maid's dresses and a groomsman's girlfriend dressed to match. I didn't care one lick as the bride as I was one…

Usually was doing something else before going to the gym which is why my face is fully made. If I go on a Saturday morning first thing I’ll be bare faced. It just depends. Judge much? ETA: I work out in diamonds too, because I'm to lazy to remove my earrings after work. I can only imagine what the gym public thinks about…

She's gorgeous and very inspiring. She might be my new girl crush. I only hope that I can have the motivation she does after I have children. Haters gonna hate.

I knew someone would bust this out. And I still love it. That's exactly what I think whenever I see someone over weight running and walking long distances. I struggle at my normal weight I can’t even imagine how hard that is to carry another 100 lbs. I just want to give all of you high 5’s and let you know that you inspire…

I totally understand what you’re saying. I’m all for IIFYM, but sometimes you want MORE and it just doesn’t fit after having one normal sized portion. It can be sad, it can be frustrating, but you have think what would be worse. Not eating or eating and feeling bad about it later? Most likely the later. Especially since…

What everyone else said. Lose weight. You can't spot reduce.

Try listening to the Arctic Monkeys.... they definitely didn't lose their accent in their music. But then there is Pheonix with their thick French accents that do sound American when they sing. Who knows….

Amen. A couple big eating holidays a year are not going to derail any progress if you don't let it.

In for the GIFs. And OP, CTFD. It's the internet.
