I personally prefer the taste of the white from an egg. I used to buy the cartons because it's actually pretty much the same price for the white, but the taste and texture are just off to me. I feed the yolks to my dogs every morning and they love them (dogs don't have issues with cholesterol the way people do and I firmly…

Is there a reason you’re taking vitamins/supplements? Is it because you think you need to or because your doctor recommended it? I only take what my doctor has recommended to me based on blood work and being a female of reproductive age (prenatals and all that). If you’ve not spoken to your doctor about this I wouldn’t…

I'm American. I weigh all my food in grams. I have never seen a US package that doesn't have both English standard and metric.

Neither… Yins! But I’m from the rust belt (Cleveland) so that’s what we say instead. I did live in a “y'all” state for 4 years and I did pick it up, but it’s usually still ‘yins’ or ‘yinz’ for me.

I buy organic those items that are highly susceptible to pesticides and chemicals. Apples, potatoes, berries, greens (lettuce, etc.), peppers. And then those that are very low in pesticides I don’t waste my money. Onions, corn, asparagus, bananas, most things with rinds (melons, etc).

I have one. It serves it purpose so I suppose I love it. I only use 3x per week during cardio so for me anything more expensive would have been a waste. EDIT: I've had mine for little over a year. Works perfectly every time with the exception of it can't read my heart on top of my chest. I have to wear it under.... but I…

Hmm... never used coconut oil before. Would it be treated like olive oil?

Ick to avocados. I cannot get past the taste no matter how good they are for you.

Only 2 posts. This reaks of troll.

½ cup steel cut oats ½ cup almond milk (unsweetened) ¼ cup blueberries (or any frozen fruit would be good) 1 oz honey or sorghum 2 oz greek honey I like overnight oats personally so I’ll mix up 4-5 mason jars at a time and throw in the fridge for at least overnight.

HUMMUS! With lots of veggies. It’s my daily go to. Also, a banana and an apple with peanut butter. For lifting days I keep a jar of almonds on my desk to get in the extra calories I need.

You should be eating at minimum your BMR (NET calories). Other than providing more info no one will be able to say if it's too much or too little.

You all look at least 10 years younger if not more. Nice work!

I do when I'm at home because it's most comfortable to me. If I had killer abs I'd definitely do it outside too.

My answer is sometimes. When I go hardcore, all out cleaning… I’m talking like 6-8 hours of cleaning where I’m on my hands and knees scrubbing everything, vacuuming multiple times, deep cleaning, etc. and when I’m done I’m pouring in sweat and look like I just ran a marathon I count it. That happens maybe once a month.…

Just leave it in the cabinet in a butter dish. No need to refrigerate it if you use it often. If not, then just throw it in the microwave for 5 seconds.

I drink wine every day. It’s a must and I’ve never had an issue losing weight while drinking it. IIFYM then why not. I always make room for it. :drinker:

About 1.5 to 2 hours per week, but that'll go up as soon as the heat breaks as I’m training for my first half. It’s on my bucket list. Once I’ve completed that I’m not sure how much running I’ll still do since I love to ride my bike and I’ll probably start doing that more. I don’t see riding my bike as cardio mainly…

Love me some ice cream... sometimes it's the only way for me to get in some carbs after dinner. I planned on going and buying another pint tonight as a matter of fact. Eating a pint of Graeter's Black Raspberry Chip has to be what it's like in heaven. Of that I'm convinced.
-
I'm usually bloated for 1.5 to 2 solid weeks, the week before and the 5 days during. I stay far away from salt and caffeine.
-
Red wine only has 110 cals per 5 oz pour. And its harder to sneak in any extra alcohol that you won't know about. I'd nix any mixed drinks for that reason. A heavy handed bartender is hard to account for.

Graeter's ice cream Black Raspberry Chip. OMG. It's heaven in frozen cream form. Must. resist. ... If you've never heard of Graeter's forget this post immediately.

I too am repulsed by fast food. The sheer amount of grease.... ugh. It makes my stomach hurt just thinking about it.
-
The couple things I don't record are usually less than 15 cals each.... pickles, vitamins, chewing gum. In a day I'd say that adds up to maybe 50 cals tops.

Um, Yes? I don't not let myself eat something because it's considered bad. Ever. EVER. I just make a sacrifice somewhere else. If I want the cupcake I don't drink the wine and eat the cheese I treat myself to every night later.
