good morning Ravenclaws! I have a question on the Exercise owls. I am following a set workout plan, but have been getting in extra walks during the day, can't always. Do I count what I call my bonus workouts as the extra 15minutes, or do I have to do more on top of that? Thanks,

Hi, no change in my weight today, had a lot of processed food, and all bloated up. I am hopeful that once i flush the excess sodium, i will have a loss. rings are tight main indicator. I am just glad the scale did not go up.

Hi, Count me in! For the peanut butter, I have been cuting it out of my diet because i was told it inhibits weight loss. Just tried Sunflower butter. OMG is it good. You want to try that for expanding your horizons.

What I do when faced with that, is I adjust my breakfast and dinner calories down, (or whichever meals I can control). It is hard, but worth it. Do you snack? If so cut those out also. Then you can enjoy your lunch more, and still feel like you did not blow it. You may still go over, but I make up those times other days…
