I say a balanced routine of Cardio/Weights/Stretch is the best way to go. They are all interlated. Cardio is always necessary for heart lungs, etc. Muscles LOVES weight training. Stretch helps to make your muscles stronger.

Hi, Rinse them off really well, shake dry. Dry cook them in a pan to get out the excess moisture, then add sauce or seasonings. We found to be the best way to have them. They are tasteless, but not bad if seasoned correctly.

I found that most of the commercial soups are too high in sodium for me, I started to make my own. I am a soup junkie, I have soup with lunch and dinner. Soup is easy to make, and fun to be creative with.

I use the free version, i love their programs and do most of them, i track my workouts on the calender, and like the articles. If you don't get sucked in. It is a good tool if you use their workout programs.

First figure out how much is cardio, how much is weights, and put it in as aerobics, and use the strenght training option. That is what I do for my mixed workouts. I don't use interval training because I would rather be short on calories, then over.

I know it too well, did Insanity, Aslyum Vol 1, Asylum/Insanity Hybrid, now Aslyum Vol 2, and I did a live workout with him last month, which was AWESOME!! During the live workout, one of the girls in the crowd yelled for him to take off his shirt, and he did! Every lady cheered.
