How do i record this workout DVD?

I have Prayfit 33-Day Total Body Challenge. it is 33 minutes long and integrates both cardio and strength training. How would I add this to my daily exercise since the video is not listed. I do not have a HRM, nor can I afford one.

  • Log it in under general circuit training. It will take your stats and give you an estimate of how much you burned.

    First figure out how much is cardio, how much is weights, and put it in as aerobics, and use the strenght training option. That is what I do for my mixed workouts. I don't use interval training because I would rather be short on calories, then over.
  • try googling the DVD and see if it has a calorie count online.... As far as HRM are concerned it's the best way to track your calories burned. I just got one for Christmas. My hubby found it on sale at Best Buy. It is the polar FT4. It was under $100.
