If one person is who innocent is executed, then the system failed. While a part of me agrees that some crimes should be punishable by dealth, another part of me says we do not have the right to end someone's life. If it was 100% foolproof, my opinion may change, but until that happens, I don't believe in it.

I do, I make a lot of my meals over the weekend, and plan every day. I log most of my in the morning, if it is not logged or planned I don't eat it. This way treats are planned and are the ones I really want and feel I worked for, and not thoughtless eating which I end of with a bad case of regrets.

That is a good question, I am anal, and would re-do week 4 if I missed a couple of workouts, then have recovery week and start month 2. Check out Gimme Lean beef substitute, works great in tacos and a great meatball substitute. I use that along with onions, mushrooms, chili powder for the taco meat. Daiya makes a nice cheese sub, they have cheddar and jack. You can either buy a soy sub for sour cream or make your own using tofu.

I am 5'2 1/2 and weigh 200.2., and I am now fitting into a 14/16. I am very solid, and when I was at my ideal BMI and size, at size 8 I weighed 140lbs. The charts used to say i needed to be 110. Can't go by charts.
